nearlytuna
nearlytuna is an Otago, Aotearoa-based artist, originally from Kaurna Yerta, Adelaide, Australia. She is currently studying a Master of Fine Arts, at Otago Polytechnic.
Her creative work explores the relationships between the concept of home and its entanglement with complex trauma. She also centres queer and feminist understandings of decay and hope through printmaking, sculpture, ceramics, drawing and poetry.
