nearlytuna
nearlytuna is an Otago, Aotearoa-based artist, originally from Kaurna Yerta, Adelaide, Australia. As a graduate of Flinders University, she completed a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Visual Arts) in an off campus setting, the Adelaide College of Arts (TAFE SA).
After graduation in 2022, she completed an Honours year, at Flinders University, where she explored the relationships between the concept of home and complex trauma through exegesis and a cumulative body of work created in response to intimate self-reflection, connection making and materials play.
